Fundraisers basked in glorious sunshine as they raised in excess of £25,000 for two worthy charities at an action-packed family fun day in Stoke-on-Trent. An inflatable assault course was the main attraction as PMP Recruitment hosted the special event at The Hardman Football Development Centre on Millrise Road.

Company employees, clients and suppliers descended upon the football centre on Saturday 23rd June to raise vital funds for Cancer Research and Unseen. A team event on the inflatable assault course, which was modelled on the famous gameshow It’s a Knockout, was won by the ‘Bonnie Scots’. Fundraisers also enjoyed a sizzling BBQ, carnival games, a photobooth, a rodeo bull challenge and a bouncy castle, whilst a member of PMP’s management team was gunged by willing colleagues.

Jamie Reynolds, Managing Director at PMP Recruitment, said: “It was fantastic to invite our employees, clients and their families to Stoke-on-Trent to take part in this amazing day. We have raised a significant amount of money for two incredible charities, including valuable donations from those who couldn't attend but took part in our golden ticket draw and silent auction. A huge thanks to everybody that contributed to a very special day - we have been touched by people’s generosity.”
